NOW\nOPEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration\nhas begun for places at AZBUKA Russian-English Bilingual School and Nursery for\nthe 2021-2022 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nursery <\/strong>for children 2-4 years old<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reception <\/strong>for children who will have turned 4 before 1st\nSeptember 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Year 1<\/strong>&nbsp;for\nchildren who will have turned 5 before 1st September 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Year 2<\/strong>&nbsp;for\nchildren who will have turned 6 before 1st September Due to a very limited class capacity, there\nare limited number of places available. Please do not miss the deadline!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REGISTRATION AND\nADMISSION PROCEDURE <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Register your interest<\/strong> by completing the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azbukafoundation.org\/?page_id=640\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Registration for Intake Form (opens in a new tab)\">Registration for Intake Form<\/a> on the home page of our website. (<em>If you have already completed this step \u2013 please go to the next point). <\/em>You will receive an automated confirmation that your child\u2019s name has been put on the waiting and mailing list. <\/li><li><strong>Admission process. <\/strong>Short Registration Form is sent to the parents. We will arrange for you and your child to come for an interview\/assessment, or an examination (School from Year 1); and interview \/visit (Nursery\/Reception). <\/li><li><strong>Registration deadline.<\/strong> You confirm your acceptance by sending back the signed Short Registration Form and the payment confirmation of Registration Deposit of \u00a340 (non-refundable). <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This must be sent to <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:admin@azbukafoundation.org\"><strong>admin@azbukafoundation.org<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong><strong>by the registration\ndeadline 22 March 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any supporting\ndocuments (covering letters, medical assessments (if applicable), reports\nshould be received by the school by the date of the interview, examination or\nthe visit day. If any child requires a bursary, the school should be informed\nprior to the interview and all relevant documents sent to the school\nadministration. We will also require any reports (character or\nacademic) from the current or last nursery or school \u2013 local or those from\nabroad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will make any\nreasonable adjustments during the admission\/interview\/examination process for\nthe children with SEND or disability. The assessments\/documents will be\nreviewed by the school prior to the Interview and the parents will be contacted\nto discuss any special arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Visit\/examination\/interview.<\/strong> The parents will\nbe offered a day\/time slot for an interview\/examination\/visit.<\/li><li><strong>Provisional place\noffer<\/strong>. Successful candidates will receive the official letter offering\na provisional place for the child. The full Admission Pack will be sent to\nparents with all relevant instructions, forms and Terms and Conditions.<\/li><li><strong>Admission.<\/strong> The child is\nofficially admitted to AZBUKA on receipt of all the necessary documentation of\nthe Admission Pack and the Main School Deposit (\u00a3650). The deadline is\nspecified by the School. The deposit is not refunded if the pupil is withdrawn\nprior to formal entry (first day of term).
