Registration has begun for places at AZBUKA Russian-English International School and Nursery for the 2024-2025 academic year.<\/p>\r\n

You will receive an automated confirmation that your child\u2019s name has been put on the Waiting and Mailing list\u00a0(if you have already done so go to the next step).<\/li>\r\n
  2. \u041a\u043e\u0440\u043e\u0442\u043a\u0430\u044f\u00a0\u0440\u0435\u0433\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0440\u0430\u0446\u0438\u043e\u043d\u043d\u0430\u044f\u00a0\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u0430 | Short Registration Forms<\/strong>\u00a0sent to the parents of the children on the Waiting List or at the request of the new parents. You\u00a0confirm\u00a0your acceptance by sending back the completed Short Registration Form together with confirmation of the payment of Administration Fee of \u00a350 (non-refundable).

  3. \u0421\u043e\u0431\u0435\u0441\u0435\u0434\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435 \/ \u043f\u043e\u0441\u0435\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 | Visit \/ interview \/ examination<\/strong>. Upon receipt of the
    completed Short Registration Form and the confirmation of the payment of Administration Fee the parents will be offered a day\/time slot for an interview\/visit\/examination.
    In some circumstances, an interview could be arranged remotely.\u00a0<\/em>
    Any supporting documents (covering letters, medical assessments (if applicable), reports should be received by the school by the date of the interview, examination or the visit day.
    <\/em>If any child requires a bursary, the school should be informed prior to the interview and all relevant documents sent to the school administration.
    <\/em>We will also require any reports (character or academic) from the current or last nursery or <\/em>school \u2013 local or those from abroad.
    <\/em>We will make any reasonable adjustments during the admission\/interview\/examination <\/em>process for the children with SEND or disability. The assessments\/documents will be <\/em>reviewed by the school prior to the Interview and the parents will be contacted to discuss <\/em>any special arrangements.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\r\n
  4. \u041f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043b\u043e\u0436\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043c\u0435\u0441\u0442\u0430 | Provisional place offer<\/strong>. Successful candidates will receive the official letter offering a provisional place for the child. The full Admission Pack will be sent to parents with all relevant instructions, forms and Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\r\n
  5. \u041f\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0443\u043f\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 | Admission<\/strong>. The child is officially admitted to AZBUKA on receipt of all the necessary documentation of the Admission Pack and the Main School Deposit of \u00a32,000* (refundable) by the deadline\u00a0specified by the School.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    * The deposit is not refunded if the pupil is withdrawn prior to formal entry (first day of <\/em>term). The deposit is refunded on request when the child leaves school and the parents give the school a full term notice in writing.<\/em><\/p>\r\n

    Reserve List<\/strong>. If we cannot accommodate the successful candidate, the pupil\u2019s name is
    carried forward and kept on the Reserve List until a place becomes available.<\/p>\r\n

    Unsuccessful candidates<\/strong> will be informed in writing.<\/p>\r\n
